Forest Bathing Day: A Global Event

  • Orara East State Forest 370 Bruxner Park Rd Korora, NSW, 2450 Australia (map)

Come and experience the practice of shinrin yoku (or forest bathing) on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW.

In this special global event, Forest Therapy Guides around the world are leading a connected walk experience for all people.  This day emphasizes connection with the Earth and other nature enthusiasts, no matter the distance between us.

This slow 3 hour walk will bring you into a peaceful state of mindfulness and relaxation, using a series of invitations to help you (re)connect with the more-than-human world and open your senses. All fitness levels are catered for.  Recommended age 14+.

Due to small group sizes, only limited tickets available. So book early.

Your Certified Guide on this walk is Lucy Van Sambeek.
