Nature Therapy Guided Walk - Blue Mind: Sydney

  • Bronte Cliff Walk Calga Place Bronte, NSW Australia (map)

We will follow the coastal walk from South Bronte beginning at the Calga Reserve water station. We will take the coastal walk and then take a trail that takes us off the usual path, here we will experience sensory perception at a deeper level. This walk highlights the element of water, inviting us into Blue Mind. This is a guided walk, guiding you towards your innate powers of awareness that open up vistas of healing. There will be times of silence, times for listening, times for sharing. This is a semi-structured experience.

I have been working in the field of conflict resolution and natural therapies for over 20 years.
